About the Presenters
Julie is a food writer, regular contributor to several newspapers, magazines, and websites. She’s the food and nutrition columnist on the Calgary Eyeopener on CBC Radio One, co-host of TV’s It’s Just Food and writes and is the photographer for her popular blog, DinnerwithJulie.com, which documents real life in her home kitchen in Ramsay.
Lindy is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Health Promotion, both from the University of Alberta. She currently owns and operates FitNut Consulting, which focuses on individual, family, and group nutrition consulting and programming.
